This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through this website, our savings calculator, our contact and site-visit request forms, and when you communicate with us by phone, SMS or WhatsApp.

By using this website or submitting a form, you agree to the practices described here. If you don't agree, please don't submit your information to us.

Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly, such as:

• Your name and phone number, when you request a free site visit or contact a branch
• Your average monthly electricity bill and preferred branch, used to estimate system size and savings
• Any additional details you type into the contact form, such as roof type or sanctioned load
• Details you share later during a site visit or subsidy/loan application, such as your address, consumer number or ID proof

We do not knowingly collect payment card details through this website; any payments or loan documentation are handled directly with our team or the relevant bank.

How we use your information

We use the information you provide to:

• Schedule and carry out your free site visit
• Prepare an accurate quote and recommend a system size
• Process your PM Surya Ghar subsidy application and net-metering paperwork
• Coordinate bank loan documentation, where applicable
• Follow up on your enquiry and share relevant updates about your installation

The calculator on this site runs entirely in your browser and does not send your bill amount or selected system size to us unless you separately submit the contact form.

Sharing with third parties

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only where necessary to deliver our services:

• With the relevant DISCOM (TGSPDCL/TSSPDCL or the applicable AP utility) for net metering and connection approval
• With the PM Surya Ghar Yojana portal / MNRE, to process your subsidy application
• With partner banks, only if you ask us to help arrange a solar loan
• With our own installation and service staff, to carry out your site visit and installation

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Vijetha Solar or others.

Calls, SMS & WhatsApp

When you request a free site visit or contact us through this website, you consent to being contacted by our team by phone call, SMS or WhatsApp regarding your enquiry, quote, subsidy application, or installation - even if your number is registered under NDNC/DND, since this is in response to your own request. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time.

Data retention

We retain enquiry and customer information for as long as needed to complete your installation, honour your warranty (up to 30 years on power output where applicable), and meet our legal and tax obligations. You can request deletion of your contact details at any point after your enquiry is closed, subject to records we're required to keep by law.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information you share with us. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
